POLYETHYLENE FOAM
Polycell's range of closed cell
non-crosslinked Polyfoam products are produced using low density Polyethylene
resins with HCFC & CFC free gasses. Along with being a lightweight material,
Polyfoam is also non-abrasive and chemically inert, water resistant and environmentally 100%
recyclable.
Polyfoams soft texture makes it the ideal
packaging solution for highly polished surfaces as well as providing cushioning
against shock for fragile items. Polyfoam comes in a variety of thickness
giving customers a greater choice for their packaging requirements as the
following table indicates.

Polyfoam is able to be slit and perforated
to individual custom requirements and converted into bags and sheets.
CUSTOM PRINTED ROLLS
With our in-house printing facility we are
able to offer medium to high volume users of Polyfoam the option of custom
printing.
POLYFOAM PLANK
Polyfoam planks are made up of
thermolaminated layers and produced by non-polluting processes with out the use
of flurocarbons. Outside the above thicknesses, Polyfoam
Plank is produced in sheet form and available in thicknesses from 15mm up to
50mm. Standard sheet sizes measure 1.1m (wide) x
1.8m (length) however can be produced in longer lengths if required.
Die cut & custom fabrication enables customers specialized packaging solutions for their
expensive uniformed sized products through a stamping and gluing process.
POLYFOAM NETTING
Polyfoam fruit netting is ideally suited
for protecting produce from shock during
transit cycles and ensures scuff free protection with its non abrasive
properties.

SPECIALTY LAMINATED ROLLS
Through laminating processes, Polyfoam can
be laminated with a variety of materials.
LDPE backed
foam greatly increases moisture barrier properties in underlayment for floating
floors.

HDPE backed
foam increases tear & puncture resistance and enhances sealing
characteristics for bags.
FOIL backed
foam in either aluminum or metalized poly further increasing insulating
features.
ADHESIVE backed foam comes in 2mm thick and is laminated with a low tack adhesive film.
PIPE LAGGING
Used as insulating material around pipes
for the plumbing industry.
Available in 5mm & 10mm thicknesses.
